Purchase Orders

We accept purchase order forms from schools, libraries, and organizations via email at orders@marengreen.com, US mail. or fax. We do not accept purchase orders over the phone. Your purchase order form must be an official form with authorized signature(s) of the purchasing agent (requisitions are not acceptable) and must include ship-to, bill-to, and accounts payable contact information. Payment terms are Net 30 days from date of invoice, or we accept prepayment.

We accept Discover, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept checks and money orders, (in U.S. dollars only).

Returns and Exchanges

For returns or exchanges, simply mark the packing slip accordingly (or include a note about your return), repack the books with care (be sure to include the packing slip or note) and send your package to us via FedEx or UPS (so it's traceable). Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in the mail. Ship your return to: Maren Green Publishing, Inc. Shipping and Handling *

* = to each shipping address. NOTE: AK and HI orders add $35; International orders (including Canada) add $40 to above. If shipping costs exceed these amounts, actual costs will apply. We will contact you for approval before processing your order. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or fees associated with international delivery.
